Saturday 8th June 2019 - Scaled same sex pairs
Sunday 9th June 2019 - Rx same sex pairs
Scaled movement standard requirements:- 30/20kg thrusters and 15/10kg dumbbells, box step-ups
Rx movement standard requirements:- C2B & pull-ups, HSPU, full clean (70/45kg) & snatch (60/40kg), 22.5/15kg dumbbells
