Event description

Acclaimed singer-songwriter Gavin Osborn has fire in his belly, stories to tell and a new found sense of hope in his heart. Known for his storytelling shows with comedian Daniel Kitson (Stories For The Starlit Sky) and now with five studio albums under his belt, Gavin is a regular on the festival scene (Latitude, Green Man, Indietracks), familiar to listeners of BBC Radio 4 (Alun Cochrane's Fun House) fresh from a UK tour and a run at the Melbourne Comedy Festival with Kitson.

Featuring life-affirming, funny, personal and political songs, including some from his brand new record, 'Echo Bridge' - set in Keynsham - which the Observer called “One of 2017’s most relatable releases”.

'Funny and touching' - Stewart Lee, The Sunday Times.

'In true Loudon Wainwright spirit, he sings about serious things without taking himself too seriously. Splendidly sad tales of unrequited love and some proper protest music. Genuinely brilliant' - eFestivals

Please note that we will be serving food all night, but you will only be able to sit down to eat between 6.15-7.15pm. At 7.15pm we will be clearing some of the tables away to make room for more people. From 7.15pm onwards we will set up for the gig and food and drink will be served in disposables. We will be serving a delicious veggie chilli on the night. Food can be ordered on the night (subject to availability), but is cheaper if ordered in advance with your ticket.
