Plan an emergency self care toolkit and replenish with yoga and relaxation

Join Silke Thistlewood (Nourish to Thrive) and Hannah Appelgren (NCT teacher, pregnancy and post natal yoga instructor) for a 1.5 hour session which will include:
* A 30 minutes self care workshop and brain storm, after which you will be taking home an actionable, realistic and tailored self care plan that you can refer to in times of overwhelm, tiredness and general life fatigue (so that's every day then...).
* A restorative and nourishing yoga flow to ease those aches, stretch those limbs and bring you out of your frazzled mind and connecting you back with your body and breath. This will be suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
* A deep relaxation including breathing exercises you'll be able to use in everyday mothering scenarios (toddler tantrums, spilt juice/cereal/you name it, car rage etc)
Yoga mats, printouts and pens will be provided. Please bring some water with you and maybe a cosy jumper to snuggle up in during the relaxation.
