This is CrossFit Pendle's annual Only The Brave competition. The format will be same sex teams of 3 with five categories to choose from:

Saturday 4th September 2021: scaled female & Scaled+ female. Sunday 5th September 2021: Scaled male, Scaled+ male & RX male.

Each day will start at approx 8:30 am and finish at approx 5:00pm. Please follow our Facebook page to check the movement standards for both RX, scaled+ and scaled . More information will be posted nearer the time.
