Pick up tools to banish mum guilt, escape the comparison trap and replenish with yoga and relaxation

Event description

Join Silke Thistlewood (Nourish to Thrive / Nourished Mums) and Hannah Appelgren (NCT teacher, pregnancy and post natal yoga instructor) for a 1.5 hour session which will include: 

* A 45 minutes self care workshop, after which you will have plenty of tools up your sleeve to banish mum guilt (so you can actually ENJOY doing things for yourself) and escape the comparison trap that so many of us feel (thanks social media!). 

* A 45 minute restorative and nourishing yoga flow to ease those aches, stretch those limbs and support the theme of the workshop. This will be suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. 

* A deep relaxation 

Yoga mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own. Please bring some water with you and maybe a cosy jumper to snuggle up in during the relaxation.
