On Saturday 31st August we host our first scaled same sex pairs throwdown!  20 male teams and 20 female teams will do battle across some fun, yet challenging workouts! 

Sunday 1st September sees the same number of teams compete in the Rx category! 

Available to all levels, whether you are just setting out on your CrossFit journey or you are bit of a fire breather we will cater for all.  

All workouts can be scaled accordingly so don't worry. 

Spectators are more than welcome, so bring along some support!

Over the two days there will be fresh pre prepped food available for purchase courtesy of Heaven and Health, with facilities for heating up. Shower, male and female changing rooms are available on site.  All your favourite Supplements from Nocco, Barebells and grenade will also be on hand along with hot drinks courtesy of One Ten Bar.

We also have Invigorate Pro Sports Therapy on hand to look after those tired muscles!
