Exploitation: information for parents and carers

Safeguarding YOUR children

Monday, 16th September 2019 at 6:00pm
The King's School

Event description

The antisocial behaviour in the local community is of as much concern to the school as it is to parents and carers.

We support the local police and wider partners in their work in our local community to support the disruption of unwanted behaviours.
Safeguarding is of paramount importance to the school and we will continue to work to educate our young people about exploitation, about looking out for the signs in their peers, how to share concerns and worries that they may have about themselves and others, as well as about healthy relationships (with friends, peers and older people).
We work in close partnership with the local police and Borough Council in order to prevent antisocial behaviour in the local community.  We are pleased about the recent increased police presence in the local community and would like to thank Staffordshire Police for working to keep the community that we serve as safe as possible.
