The preparation day will run from 9am - 4pm and will involve the following:

• Overview of the timeline(s) and process for the year
• Learning about the enquiry cycle
• Setting up protocols for cluster working
• Familiarisation with Hub Lead and Enquiry Lead
• Focus on showcase and how that will work
• Drill down into individual area of focus

Please confirm the named Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher who is attending, plus the named lead for the area of school improvement (each school has 2 places available).
