Non Profit and Non Refundable - Please note this is a non profit event and this is a non refundable fee. This fee covers the costs involved like renting Buscot Park, paying the team and renting the stage, sound equipment. If it rains,'The Show Must Go On' (in theory), however obviously if we have torrential rain on the day or extreme weather conditions that prevents us from creating a safe environment for you and your family, then we will have to cancel the event. Please note, by then we will have already committed to all of the costs involved so we will not be in a position to offer you a refund.
