Terms & Conditions for PQA Colchester Cinema Screening


Tickets are subject to availability and are generally non-refundable. We are under no obligation to refund you or exchange your ticket(s) in the event that you make any error when purchasing your tickets through the Site. Please double check the screening time and ticket type before purchasing.

    Only guests in possession of a valid ticket will be admitted into the auditorium for the screening, performance time and type of seating that is shown on the ticket. Current students of PQA Colchester PM Academy only are eligible for free tickets and anyone without proof of current membership at PQA Colchester will not be granted access to the Cinema Screening. Under 18's will need to bring proof of ID.

    All tickets will be attached to a confirmation email that you will receive once you have purchased your tickets. Please print off the ticket before attending the event. Failure to produce a valid ticket may result in not being granted admission to the event.

    Seating is unallocated unless otherwise specified at the point of purchase.

    Sign in sheets and registers will not be in operation at the Cinema Screening event. Parents and guardians shall at all times remain responsible for their child(ren) whether or not they are accompanied. An adult is a person aged 18 years or over.

    All films that will be shown are the property of PQA Colchester Ltd and have been created with our students in our Film & Television module. Most of these films will be appropriate for all age groups and PQA Colchester Ltd are responsible for informing the audience if any film requires parental guidance before viewing.

    Every effort will be made to accommodate late-comers but to avoid disturbance to our other guests, guests who arrive after the main feature has started will not be entitled to enter the auditorium unless permitted by the Duty Manager at his/her discretion.

    Mobile phones and all other mobile devices must be switched off at all times inside the auditorium.

    Sound and video recording equipment (including but not limited to cameras and mobile devices with recording functions) is not permitted inside the auditorium. It is a serious criminal offence to copy or attempt to copy any film or other copyright protected material shown in the auditorium. Please be reminded that all films shown as part of the Cinema Screening will be available to view online or to purchase on DVD after the event has taken place.

    Hot food brought from outside of the cinema may not be consumed on the premises and food and drink should not be consumed in the auditorium.
