The Midland Canoe Club runs Pool Sessions at Queen's Leisure Centre during the winter months. We run Taster Sessions during tthe evening so that you can try being on the water with our coaches. Booking for these sessions goes live one week before the session.

All equipment will be provided but try to avoid wearing cotton or denim trousers and shirts. Nylon or man made fabrics that shed water are ideal. Please bring appropriate footwear you don't mind getting wet, along with a dry set of clothes and a towel.  If you have any medical conditions or are taking any medication please inform your instructor on arrival.
