Event description

Live music from Gavin Osborn & the comment section: Acclaimed singer-songwriter Gavin Osborn returns for another gig at the cafe along with John on keys & brass. He has fire in his belly, stories to tell and a new found sense of hope in his heart. Known for his storytelling shows with comedian Daniel Kitson Gavin is a regular on the festival scene and familiar to listeners of BBC Radio 4.

Featuring life-affirming, funny, personal and political songs, including some from his brand new record, 'Echo Bridge' - set in Keynsham - which the Observer called “One of 2017’s most relatable releases”.

'Funny and touching' - Stewart Lee, The Sunday Times.

'In true Loudon Wainwright spirit, he sings about serious things without taking himself too seriously. Splendidly sad tales of unrequited love and some proper protest music. Genuinely brilliant' - eFestivals

We will be serving food all night, but you will only be able to sit down to eat between 6.30-7.15pm. At 7.15pm we will be clearing most of the tables away to make room for more people. From 7.15pm onwards we will set up for the gig and food and drink will be served in disposables. We will be serving a delicious vegan curry on the night. Food can be ordered on the night (subject to availability), so order in advance to be sure.

Entry £6.50 or £12.95 with food. We expect this show to sell out so please buy tickets asap!
