GNAS & FITA Affiliated Entries

Entries will only be accepted from members of GNAS & FITA affiliated societies and membership cards must be available at registration. Failure to produce documentation when requested my result in the Archer not being permitted to shoot.

Refunds

No refunds will be given out under any circumstances.

Photography

Under the provisions with the GNAS Protection of Children and Vulnerable Adults Policy, those who wish to take photograph at this event are to register with the tournament organiser on arrival. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that unauthorised photography does not take place, GNAS, the Tournament Organiser and working party cannot be held responsible for breaches of this code. We therefore request that you report any unauthorised photography to the Tournament Organiser. Photos taken maybe used for publicity purpose's.

Drug Testing

Record status tournaments are liable for drug testing and competitors approached to give samples must comply. If they refuse, that refusal will be treated as a positive result. In the case of a junior, parental consent is required.

Fees

No entries will be taken without the entry form submitted being accompanied by the correct entry fee, and no substitutes will be allowed.

Dress Regulation 307 will apply.
