In this one hour tasting we will explore this amazing historical region of France which produces some of the finest white wines in the world.

You will need to buy one Pinot Gris from Alsace. I will be tasting a Grand Cru but this is not necessary. Also you will need to purchase a Gewurtztraminer wine from Alsace also. Below are the wines I will be tasting, the same types are not necessary.

Equally if you would rather buy just one of the two below you will still have plenty to learn and taste in this session.

Pinot Gris is a versatile wine and will go with most classic hard cheeses. The Gewurtztraminer will pair well with Thai and or Chinese food.
