Designed to develop a more strategic understanding of school improvement

This is a series of 2 half day sessions led by one of our SLEs, who is a Deputy Headteacher. The 2 half day sessions are designed to develop a more strategic understanding of school improvement for those who may soon be leading a subject area or becoming a middle leader.
The 2 sessions will focus upon the following areas:
Leadership skills
The role of a middle leader
School improvement planning
How to carry out monitoring activities to ensure triangulation
Using data to monitor a subject area
Communication skills
Understanding the new Ofsted framework
Attendance is required at BOTH half-day sessions on 1st December 2020 and 21st January 2021.
