19th May Please note online booking is now closed. You can still support the event and run however the cost is now £35 pp .paid on the day at the event. Regardless of team or individual entry (No medal or tech training top) you will still be timed and can contest the awards and obviously get a complimentary Prosecco or beer/soft drink as celebration of the support to Breakthrough .

# You must email for a pay on the day space to enable us to book you onto the race timing -please ensure you add full name and age for class category and all team names if wanting to pay on the day for a team.please do not arrive to run without contacting the team first via email.

This event is open to all females .14 years and over with a reasonable fitness level .ie you must be able to walk around 5 miles .

The event is 7 km .
