Priorities derive from effective self-evaluation. There are a manageable number of priorities which, if achieved, will lead to significant improvement for pupils. In order to drive improvement, it is important to be able to clearly and succinctly articulate your school's aspiration - what you are trying to accomplish for your pupils. Your aspirations should be made up of measurable goals.

These 3 x twilight sessions delivered by Lesley Coulthurst, will guide you through: making a quality plan, the right capacity to lead and enact the improvement, clear communications and routines for monitoring and evaluation.
