and lots of fun and laughter! 😂

We welcome the absolute beginner, the non-CrossFitter to the elite athlete. Whatever your ability level, you can get the most of the day but most of all, have lots of fun along the way!

The programme will slightly differ to our previous days but it will still contain some chances to PB your lifts and get a good sweat on too! 🏋🏻💦
