Booking on to an event

Please ensure that you gain the necessary permissions before booking on to a chargeable event.

Member and Non Member Schools: Payment can be made by credit/debit card or by invoice at the time of booking.

To receive an invoice please use discount code KYRAINVOICE at time of booking and provide a Purchase Order number as soon as booking has been confirmed to enquiries@kyrateachingschool.com

Purchases Orders should be made out to Kyra Teaching School Alliance C/O Mount Street Academy, Mount Street, Lincoln, LN1 3JG. If your school uses the Aggresso system please look for Kyra Teaching School Alliance 334790

Cancellation for online and face to face event

All cancellations must me made via email to enquiries@kyrateachingschool.com

Cancellation 10 or more working days prior to the event                                     no charge

Cancellation less than 10 working days prior to the event                                   full charge will apply

Non-attendance (except in exceptional circumstances*)                                     full charge will apply

(*we are sensitive to the current climate and unprecedented challenges this is bringing to schools, if you have difficulties attending please contact us via email to discuss your individual circumstances)                  

If an event is cancelled by KYRA you will be informed via email and no charge will apply.

Recording online sessions

There may be occasion when a participant cannot attend a session /programme at short notice due to the unusual circumstances we are currently in, this may lead to the session you are attending being recorded. The facilitator will let you know at the beginning of a session if we would like to do this, providing you with the opportunity to consent and information regarding the purpose of the recording. Privacy Policy

The 'General Data Protection Regulation' (GDPR) strengthens how we can use personal data (including yours) and keep it safe, and will also strengthen individual’s rights over their own data.

We have updated our Privacy Notice for Kyra Teaching School Alliance – this can be found at kyrateachingschool.com

Kyra uses a Third Party Data Processor for our booking system BookitBee (LiveIt), the information that we gather from the system, is related to each event you have booked on, including name, role, organsiation who employ you and email address. We retain this information in electronic form for the duration of our reporting and auditing period for the teaching school. The information we gather regarding individuals access requirements and dietary requirements is deleted after the event. If you pay for any event by debit or credit card, these details are processed by Bookitbee, not Kyra and we do not gather the financial details.
