This programme is for headteachers who have been new to their role within the last 12 months.

The programme is curated and led by Lesley Coulthurst (LLE, Head of Kyra Alliance & Headteacher Toynton All Saints Primary School) with sessions delivered by a variety of local system leaders.

The programme will provide a valuable opportunity for developing networks and support, vital in these unusual times. Sessions will cover key themes including strategic planning, performance management, finance, HR, curriculum, pupil premium and peer review.

The programme is delivered over 9 1 and half afternoon session in the Autumn and Spring term, and COVID guidelines permitted the group will come together Face to Face on the 9th June for the final session.
