Find out how BMJ Best Practice and Oxford Medicine Online can be used to help you find evidence-based information on Covid-19, to help you with your work in patient care, decision-making or clinical research. This session will be delivered via MS Teams. 

Please note that you will need an OpenAthens account to access the resources.  If you don't have an account, the Library Team will be able to provide you with one.


BMJ Best Practice - This is a trusted clinical decision support tool which provides healthcare professionals with access to the latest relevant clinical information when making diagnosis and treatment decisions. This is particularly useful for medical students, junior doctors, multidisciplinary team members (such as nurses and pharmacists), specialists working outside of their specialty, and primary care practitioners.

To support your work in the current Coronavirus pandemic, there are several relevant titles in Oxford Medicine Online (a digital platform hosting Oxford University Press' medical titles ) focusing on acute respiratory, infectious diseases, palliative care and emergency medicine for you.''
