On Tuesday 27 April 3:00pm Rachel Reeves, former U14 British Girls Chess Champion and current Ambassador for Chess in Schools & Communities, will be talking live exclusively to OAT pupils and staff! 

In this online event delivered straight to you via Teams, Rachel will share her experience as a woman in the world of chess, why she thinks it's important to learn to play, and the transferrable skills she's gained from playing chess. 

There will also be a short Q&A afterwards where Rachel will answer some questions and you have the option to submit a question via this form. 

The aim of this event is to provide a role model for female students to inspire more girls to play chess.
