Maintaining Boundaries for Teaching Assistants - Professional development designed specifically for TAs, providing guidance in pastoral elements of the role with a focus on how to safely support children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing.

This 2-hour course for Teaching Assistants explores:

• What are boundaries and why do we need them?

• Signposting – when, how and where?

• Working as a Professional Helper – what does this mean and what does it look like? 
• How to support children and young people to engage in learning in a safe and boundaried way.
