Kino-Teatr conforms to the Data Protection Act 1998.

When processing your booking, you will be asked for your name, address, email and telephone number. This information is for administration purposes and if you have provided credit card details, these will only be used for the purpose of handling an individual booking or order.

We would like to keep you informed of forthcoming events and developments at Kino-Teatr and Baker Mamonova and when booking you will be asked whether you would like to receive this information either by post or email. If you would prefer not to receive any further information from us please inform a member of staff or email admin@kino-teatr.co.uk

We do not post out tickets, please print out confirmation email and bring to the theatre as this is your ticket.

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Kino-Teatr reserves the right to refuse admission and request any ticket holder to leave the theatre and take any appropriate action to enforce this right.

The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. Mobile phones and any other electronic equipment must be switched off before entering the auditorium.

Kino-Teatr reserves the right to make any changes to the performance owing to unforseen or unavoidable cause.

Kino-Teatr reserves the right to cancel or abandon the performance for reasons beyond its control without notice and without being liable to pay any person compensation for damages other than a refund of the ticket price.

If you arrive late we appreciate that you will want to take your seats as soon as possible. To limit disturbance to fellow audience members and artists, we may ask you to wait until a suitable break in the performance.

Readmission cannot always be guaranteed but sometimes we may by able to show you to alternative seats.

Tickets are strictly non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for another performance.
