This time though we are going BIGGER! BIGGER TEAMS = MORE FUN!

This will be a SCALED, INTERMEDIATE & MASTERS event for Mixed Teams of 6 (3 Male and 3 Female competitors).

As with all of our competitions we will be focusing on it being FUN, ALL INCLUSIVE and just an epic day out with yours friends......along with the chance to showcase your fitness.

Plus you get a FREE beer straight after your last workout.......So what's not to like. Ha ha ha.
