Doors open up to 30 minutes before the show starts. Seats are allocated on a first come - first served basis.
Please be with us at least 15 minutes before your shows starts. All shows start on time and unfortunately, latecomers may not be admitted. If you are not with us before the show starts, we may place your tickets back on sale on the door as late returns.
We don't require a print out of your ticket as long as you have a print-screen confirmation or the PDF on your phone.
For drinks, we operate card-less table service only. This will be open in the time before the show, and in the first 10 minutes of the performance only. WIFI passwords and QR code menus are available on each table for ordering.
Please be aware that in order for us to clean and sanitise the venue between shows, customers will be asked to leave promptly at the end of the performance to help us do this. Thank you for your understanding.
If we suspect you are too intoxicated we reserve the right to refuse entry, without a ticket refund.
All tickets are non-refundable, unless we can resell the ticket in advance of the show.

Group bookings of 7 or more people need to be agreed in advance by contacting email@example.com. It is not possible to book more than 6 tickets online, and for any bookings made via multiple purchases without pre-agreement, we reserve the right to cancel in advance. Anyone circumventing our group rules by booking under different names or emails may be refused entry at the door on the night, with no refund given. Please be aware we do not accept fancy dress and a fully refundable good behaviour bond is taken for large group bookings at the time of booking confirmation.
All bookings must adhere to current government guidelines.
A temperature check will be taken at the point of entry, and face masks should be worn at all times when moving within the venue (i.e. when going to the toilet).
Customers must sign in to the NHS track & trace system as soon as they are seated.
We are operating table service only to minimise the contact between our team and customers.
All attendees must abide by the health and safety guidance stipulated in the venue and provided by our team. Refusal to do so will result in you being asked to leave, with no refund given.
