Wessex League 2021

Registration for Wessex League 2021 tournament in Oxford, hosted by Oxford Sword & Staff to be held at the  on December 4th.

To attend as a competitor, you must select "Tournament Entry" in the Main Ticket options and then select up to 2 tournaments which you wish to enter. This event cannot run without the hard work of our volunteers, so if you wish to volunteer your time - either for the whole event or for the parts where you aren't competing - so please also indicate (in the booking questions at the end) if you are willing to volunteer.  

The event will include:

• Women's Longsword (18 spaces)
• Open Longsword (32 spaces)
• Open Rapier & Dagger (18 spaces)
• Open Sabre (18 spaces)

Rules and Equipment: Please ensure you have read the competition rules and equipment requirements before you register.

Social

• There will be a social gathering for drinks and dinner after the event, and on the Friday night for anyone arriving then
• Friday night social will be from 7pm at: TBC
• Saturday night social will be from 7pm at: The Cape of Good Hope,  1 Iffley Rd, The Plain, Oxford OX4 1EA

Volunteering:

• If you are able to volunteer all of your time for the weekend you attend free of charge and receive free lunch and drinks, and we will pay for up to £30 of your travel costs.
• If you can volunteer as table or judging staff during periods when you aren't competing, you can claim a rebate of £5 for each shift you cover, payable after the event via PayPal 

If you are volunteering and need to have your shift recorded, please speak to your table staff and they will register you. 

Cost to attend: 

Attendance and participation in up to 2 tournaments: £25 per tournament

ONLY volunteering as an official, without participating in any tournaments - Free of charge

Attendance as a spectator - Free of charge
