Room:                 Function Room, 1st Floor (As you go through the main entrance to the restaurant,

                            there is a door on the left hand side to access the function room upstairs)

Timings:              Please meet in the main bar at 7pm.

                            Dinner to be served in the function room (1st floor) at 7.30pm.

Important:         The hotel will provide you with a meal deal voucher when you check-in.  Please ensure that you

                            bring your meal deal voucher with you on the evening and pass this

                            to Rob Pritchard. This is to ensure we are not charged twice for the meal. Many thanks.
