\\ RE-ENTRY \\
Once you have obtained your wristband, re-entry will be authorised throughout the festival. The Ticket Office is open 'til 10pm at night so anyone arriving after that time will not be able to get a wristband until the next morning. 
 
\\ TICKETING \\
Attendees MUST bring their printed tickets  in order to receive their wristbands, and gain entry to the festival. 
 
 \\ WRISTBANDS \\
Will be handed out upon arrival after attendees' booking barcodes have been scanned. They cannot be removed.

 \\ ENTRY & SECURITY \\
Security will be present at EskFest and you will not be permitted to enter the main festival area without a wrist band.
 
\\ U16s \\
All attendees under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult AT ALL TIMES!
EskFest is not reliable for the safety of unattended children. 
Furthermore, any minor under the age of 18 found to be consuming alcohol will be asked to leave the festival IMMEDIATELY.
 
\\ ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES \\
EskFest does NOT permit attendees to bring their own alcohol into the festival arena. 
 
 \\ WEATHER \\
Cumbria isn't known for being predictable or consistent with its weather. Please bring appropriate footwear (Wellies or walking boots) and warm, waterproof clothing, sunscreen and a sunhat are also recommended.
 
 \\ THESE ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED \\
Campfires. Drugs. Weapons. Fireworks. Glass. Barbecues. Personal Alcohol from outside the event. Campers can bring their own food and drink but it must not enter the festival arena itself.

\\ PRIVACY POLICY \\

We may email you in regards to the festival and your tickets, but we will never pass on your email or personal information over to any third party and we promise never to send you loads of spam!

REFUNDS: Are largely covered by the Event protection you purchase when buying a ticket. If, however, the festival is cancelled or postponed, then there will be a 30 day window in which you can request a refund. Alternatively you can hold on to your ticket to grant you entry to the following year's EskFest (if you held on to your ticket this would be hugely appreciated as it helps us to sustain our operations and not reduce the quality of the festival!)

Refunds will be processed from the date of the event, not from the date of cancellation. This is because we can only access our funds from our ticket operator after the event commencement date.
