• We will need names and email address for every delegate as we need to send a health questionnaire which must be completed before the course.  Should this not be completed we may need to cancel their place and the fee will be non-refundable.
• There will be a £10 administration charge for any change of delegate.
• It is your responsibility to read any risk assessments and fully understand the expectations.
