Tickets & Pricing
It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes or
errors cannot always be rectified.
Refunds will not be made on tickets.
Our booking fee (£1.50) is included in all stated ticket prices. The booking fee is non-refundable.
Concessions apply to people aged under 25 or over 65. Only one concession is available per ticket and may not be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts or promotions. No retrospective concessions are available.
Babes in arms and children under 2 will be admitted free of charge only if they share a seat with you. Excluding events at Newton Stewart Cinema, children under 12 will be admitted free of charge however they must be accompanied by at least one paying adult. Each child must be issued with a Child (Under 12) ticket from the Box Office.
Occasionally, Trad Music Trust may run offers/discounts. These cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount. Pre-purchased tickets will not be refunded retrospectively.
Any tickets won in competitions or promotions cannot be put up for re-sale or exchanged for another day or performance.
Tickets if found to break this rule will be cancelled immediately.
Venues & Access
Trad Music Trust reserves the right to refuse admission.
If you require extra assistance or a table with wheelchair accessibility please let us know in advance, especially during busy performances.
No responsibility may be accepted for personal property.
Recording inside the venue by members of the audience is not permitted. Trad Music Trust reserves the right for themselves or third parties to carry out general filming and recording in and around the venue.
You are not permitted to bring your own food and/or drink into the venue to consume on the premises apart from in the Scottish Highland Dancing Competition arena.
Cancellations
In the event
of a cancellation of a performance or event, Trad Music Trust shall have
no further liability other than the face value of
the show ticket. The booking fee is non-refundable.
Tickets are sold subject to Trad Music Trust’s right to alter the performance schedule or line-up should circumstances beyond our control make this unavoidable, without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
In the event of a change or cancellation to the performance schedule, ticket holders will be notified via the contact details left by the purchaser with Trad Music Trust.
Trad Music Trust is not liable for any changes or
inaccuracies in these details which may prevent the ticket holder being
contacted. In the case of a group booking, the organiser who purchased the
tickets is deemed responsible for communicating any changes to the group.
