Fair Processing Notice

Who we are: Your data is being processed by the Campaign for Real Ale, Head office, 230 Hatfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire. If you have any questions regarding data protection please contact our data protection officer at dataprotection@camra.org.uk. CAMRA is a Data Controller registered with the ICO. Your data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR as per our Privacy Policy.

Why are we collecting your data:  Your data is being collected in relation to the training session or tutored tasting that you have signed up to attend, in order for the trainer to contact you with relevant information.

What lawful reason are we processing your data under: We process your personal detail for the session you are attending under the lawful reason of Legitimate Interest.

Processing your data: We will not pass your details to any third parties unless clearly stated. Where we do pass them onto a third party this will be done under a data sharing agreement.  Your data will be processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations and only processed by authorised individuals and or companies contractually obligated to process your data in accordance with CAMRA.

How long will we keep your data for?: We will keep your data for  three years.
