Booking Your Slot & Cancellation

• Please don't book unless you are absolutely sure you can make the session - a "just in case" booking isn't very fair on those who can definitely make it! Equally, it causes unnecessary administration for the Volunteers.
• If you are subsequently unable to attend, please email us using the email address provided on your PDF ticket as soon as possible before the session if you require a refund.
• Non-attendance on the day will not automatically entitle you to a refund, however we understand sometimes things come up you can't control, and if this is required, we would be happy to discuss options.
