Core purposes of Advanced IC training

• Review and share experiences of facilitating workshops in order to explore challenges for ICs and implications for partnerships
• Build on previous training session to provide opportunities to further develop skills and understanding required for IC role.
• Consider how ICs and the wider partnership can become more confident in sourcing and selecting robust and accessible evidence to inform and challenge practice
• Explore how evidence-based research and associated resources can be used in workshops and wider partnership-based school improvement.
