We advise you to take out insurance offered as a precaution - If you are unable to attend the date selected you must inform us within 24 hours of the event and will be offered an alternative date if possible - we will only allow this once - after which time we will charge a 100% cancellation fee 

Any Cancellations made after you have booked will be subject to a cancellation fee of £45.00 per person  and any additional booking fees will not be refunded 

No show on the day will result in a 100% cancellation fee as we book the venue and photographer in advance 

All payments and data will not be shared with any third parties other than audition tapes with affiliate agencies
