Newton Stewart & Minnigaff Traditional Music & Dance Festival is acknowledged as one of the best traditional music & dance festivals in Scotland.
Set in the picturesque towns of Minnigaff and Newton Stewart which are separated only by the River Cree, on the edge of the Galloway Forest Park at the foot of the incredible Galloway Hills, the festival is a 3-day celebration of traditional music & dance featuring incredible concerts, outstanding sessions, informative and helpful workshops, a feast of Highland dancing, solo piping competition, a very warm welcome and the best o' craic.
In 2024 the festival celebrates is 10th annual event, which is an incredible achievement, so it's going to be a HUGE celebration with the very best performing artists and dancers in traditional music.
A weekend pass guarantees you entry to all ticketed events, including workshops, at the 10th annual Newton Stewart & Minnigaff Traditional Music & Dance Festival over 12th-14th July 2024.
