This event is meant to provide digital support to our guests, we will wirelessly connect to your device such as a desktop and we will fix your issues that you explain to our agents over the phone or that you report by using the Submit a help ticket today button on our site!

When one of our agents are ready to begin helping you out with your devices issues electronically one of them will contact you by email, text, or phone, if you do not answer we will attempt calling you back 1 more time, after 2 un-answered calls, emails, or texts we will move on and you will have to re-schedule your session for another date.

This is an all online event, meaning that you do not have to travel anywhere, we will be able to help you right from your home digitally all thanks to the 20th century resources that are now being offered online at NO COST to our website guests!

Please Note: All ticket sales are final, meaning we cannot refund your ticket if you decide to purchase one of our tickets that are not $0.00, as a site owner I recommend sticking with our free tickets because if you purchase tickets we still may not be able to help you fix your issue that particular day due to an increased volume of support tickets, please be patient and wait for another date if all tickets are sold out, you can also give us an email to see if we can work you into our schedule at no cost! Most importantly we are not responsible for any damage done to your PC or screen or electronic device if it is done during the remote desktop support session, you are held responsible for any damages done during the electronic remote support session, as a patron you should be closely monitoring your device to see what are agents are doing. After the session is completed please ask your agent for a screen recording of your session if you are interested in seeing one!
