Terms & Conditions for Charity Hog Roast
The fee is a donation to Pinewoods Conservation Group and HELP. Profits will be split 50/50 following deductions of costs for hosting the event. No personnel involved are charging for their time.
The hog roast is provided by an external company and ticket includes 1 visit to the Hog Roast.
Entertainment is not guaranteed and subject to cancellation.
All drinks must be paid for on the night.
