Terms & Conditions for 3rd Annual Harry's Ball
- There will be no admittance without this ticket.
- Your name is printed on the ticket so cannot be transferred, and will be scanned on entrance. If you cannot make the event and someone will be taking your place please advise at your earliest convenience the new name of the attendee and their dietary requirements.
- There are strictly NO REFUNDS.
- There will be a zero tolerance policy operated by our security staff at the request of our guests and performing acts, so anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner will be asked to leave.
- The Harry Cunningham Trust are not responsible for the non-fulfilment of contracts by promoters, performers or artistes
- If any of the performers are subject to contract this does not guarantee their attendance at this event
