Payment in advance is required for all chargeable sessions unless otherwise specified. Refunds will not be given, however, we will accept applications to transfer sessions or delegates subject to reasonable notice. 

We reserve the right to cancel the session for any reason, at any time, however we will offer a full refund or an alternate session as appropriate. We will endeavour to give adequate notice for cancellation but regrettably are unable to accept liability for any costs incurred by you as a result of our cancellation. We reserve the right to decline delegates for any reason.
