Tickets are non refundable. Passengers will be required to print tickets and produce them for inspection by the driver to travel. A2B Newquay Travel Ltd reserve the right to alter the pick up times if it becomes necessary to do so or to cancel tickets and refund customers if routes do not fill to what the company deems to be financially viable patronage levels.

Drugs and Alcohol andare not permitted on the vehicles and smoking or vaping is not permitted.

Our drivers reserve the right to refuse any person the right to travel if they are deemed by our driver to be suffering from the effects of drugs or alcohol. No refunds will be offered to anybody deemed unfit to travel by our drivers.

Any passenger who causes wilful damage to a vehicle whilst travelling will be prosecuted.
