We understand that roadshow appointments are not always feasible for centres to attend and as an improvement to this service we are now offering monthly postal external verification.  These are by appointment only and must be booked in advance by contacting your CSO.

Please note, any postal samples sent to AIM Awards without an appointment will be returned unprocessed.

You will be required to submit your RACs to roadshowev@aimawards.org.uk 2 weeks prior to the event date stated above. 

There is no allocated day for which your sample will be seen however, it will be within 1 calendar month of the event start date. 

Bookings will close 2 weeks prior to the event.
