1. REFUNDS: If for any reason you are no longer able to attend the event, you will need to send an email to support@liveit.io with the booking reference number to get a refund. If your ticket is refunded then it will not be valid when scanned on entry. Please note that tickets are non-refundable after 18 October 2018.
2. TICKET TRANSFER: Tickets are non-transferrable. Tickets that have been re-sold will be considered null and void.
3. PHOTOGRAPHY: You agree that images of the attendees of the event may be used for future promotion by Chiddingstone Castle. If you would like to opt out of this, please indicate so when you arrive on the day.
4. CASTLE ACCESS: Ticket buyers understand that tickets for this event only give access to the event and do not entitle the ticket holder to access to Chiddingstone Castle museum.
5. MEDICINES and SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Children will only be able to attend the event with an accompanying adults, maximum 4 children per adult. It is the responsibility of the the adult or carer to take care of any medical conditions, medicines or special requirements that any attending children in their care may have. Registered Carers will be entitled to a free 'Accompanying Adult' ticket if arranged in advance, please contact support@liveit.io to make arrangements.
