We collect information about you when you register with Bookitbee to attend a University of Edinburgh event. The information you provide will be used to process your booking. We will also use it to contact you via Bookitbee or the email address you provide regarding your booking. We may also contact you to request post-event evaluation.

We will retain your personal information in order to inform you of other activities organised by the Children, Adolescents, and Animals Research Group (caar). Please contact us (details on the booking page) if you would like to be removed from our mailing list after the event.

If you wish to attend one of our events but do not wish to use Bookitbee to book a place, please contact the event organiser. Contact details for each event are provided on the event booking page.

As our events are free, please be sure to let us know if you have booked a place but can no longer attend. This will allow places to be given to others.
