(Unfortunately due to limited space, prams and pushchairs will not be able to enter the castle.

We can accommodate wheelchairs and specialised/adapted prams, please let us know when booking.

MAXIMUM amount of adults that can attend per booking will be limited to 1 ADULT to 1 CHILD. Family Tickets will be 1 Child 2 ADULTS MAX. NO additional adult tickets can be purchased due to limited space.

**REFUND POLICY**

Unfortunately once tickets are purchased we are unable to issue any kind of refund. We may however under certain circumstances and at our discretion be able to transfer the tickets to another day or to another person. Please contact us should you need to do this.
