All bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please ensure that you are able to attend the session that you have booked.

If you do decide to cancel a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

**REFUND POLICY**

Unfortunately once tickets are purchased we are unable to issue any kind of refund. We may however under certain circumstances and at our discretion be able to transfer the tickets to another day or to another person. Please contact us should you need to do this.

FOR ATTENTION OF ALL RECIPIENTS:

New data protection legislation becoming enforceable from May 2018 means that we will no longer be able to stay in touch with you, unless you specifically consent that we may do so.
