The sounds of Barbells and Beer-tents is getting louder as we approach the annual PIUPID 2019! 

Once again, we gather among the clang of weights, the chime of glasses cheering and the huge melodies of the Big Kahuna to raise funds for The Kent Surrey Sussex Air Ambulance and float next years PIUPID! 

The day of August the 11th will see our 110 competitors approach the signature Pick It Up Put It Down Challenge/workout. Following the events; competitors, spectators and visitors will be invited to join us for our Bid Of Promises, Thank You's and Awards ceremony. 

As we move on into the evening, PIUPID SunDown, from 6pm the party will see us shaking and singing to the sounds of live music and DJ support! 

From 6pm onward the event will become ticketed, you will need a valid ticket for access to the fully loaded party in the evening.

Prior to this - all visitors will still have the opportunity to enjoy the bar, food and fun in the daytime! 

The day will be made even more spectacular with the support of our local sponsors and businesses, including: deliciously authentic stone-baked pizzas, sophisticated; Prosecco Bar, Ice-Cream will be making an appearance - bringing the chill to the heat, La Barbacoa will fire up your taste-buds with grilled burgers, chicken and veggie options and many many more still to be released!
