Agreements: Tickets are valid for date and time stated only. Tickets cannot be transferred to another date or time slot.

Covid-19 safety: Please follow Government social distancing guidance whilst on site.

Carymoor is committed to keeping you safe. 

• Our visitor centre will be thoroughly cleaned in advance with particular attention on contact points (e.g. handrails, door handles, taps). 
  
• We will provide alcohol hand wash and hand washing facilities.

We can provide a full risk assessment for the visit if you would like one.

Privacy policy: All personal information is held in strict confidence and not revealed to anyone outside Carymoor Environmental Trust unless it is necessary in relation to your activity or is otherwise expressly or implicitly authorised by you or required by applicable law.

Cancellation policy:

We will require a minimum of 6 people in order for the course to run.  We reserve the right to cancel the course if we do not have enough bookings.  

If you need to cancel your place, please let us know as soon as possible.  Bookings cancelled before 5th November will be refunded in full.  Bookings cancelled between one week (6th November) and 2 days before the event (11 November) will be subject to a 50% refund.  Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours before the event will unfortunately be unable to be refunded.
