Course transfer

If you need to transfer your spot to another course you must write to us with details before the course registration closing date. Send an email to admin@synchrofitness.com. We will acknowledge your request so if you don't hear from us, make sure you follow up your request as late requests cannot be accommodated.

If, after course registration has closed, you are unable to attend the course due to ill health we will require a doctors note and £50 admin fee in order to transfer your place onto another course.

Refund policy

Cancellations received in writing before the course registration closing date: we will refund your course fee less a £50 admin fee. Send an email to admin@synchrofitness.com. We will acknowledge your request so if you don't hear from us, make sure you follow up your request as late requests cannot be accommodated.

Sorry - cancellations received after the course closing date cannot be refunded.

If, in the extremely unlikely event we have to cancel or move the course, you will receive a full refund or be able to transfer on to another course without incurring an admin fee. Sorry but we cannot be responsible for any lost accommodation costs, etc.
