Terms & Conditions for The Sales and Retention Convention
Booking online indicates acceptance of our booking terms.
It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the organisers control, to alter the content, speakers or timings of the event.
The Organisers cannot accept liability for transport disruption or individual transport disruption.
The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, alter or reschedule the event. Should this occur, you will be offered a full refund.
We may take photos & videos of delegates at the event which could be used for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for any photos that you feature in to be used, please let us know by firstname.lastname@example.org
For any support required at the venue for disabled or wheelchair delegates, please let us know your requirements as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
Cancellation of a booking may be made up to 14 days prior to the event.
In such an event, an email must be sent email@example.com the timeframe and a full refund minus a £15 administration fee will be made. Cancellations received less than 14 days before the event will not be entitled to a refund unless the space can be re-sold. In this situation a 75% refund will be made.
Refunds can and will only be made by the same method the original payment was received.
